Being able to deposit and withdraw on your own terms is a key part of the trading experience. At Tickmill, we believe it’s essential that you can manage your funds efficiently and with confidence. That’s why we offer a range of secure, instant, and easy-to-use deposit and withdrawal options.
All deposits from USD 5,000 or equivalent, processed in a single transaction via bank wire transfer, are covered by our Zero Fees Policy.*
We will reimburse your transaction fees up to USD 100 or equivalent. Simply email a copy of your bank statement or other confirmation document for the transferred deposit to our Support Team and your fee will be reimbursed within one calendar month of the deposit being made.
*We reserve the right to charge an inactivity fee in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, where there is a lack of trading activity.
Deposit / Withdrawal Methods
Some options are only available to residents of certain countries. Also note that, when you request a withdrawal from your client area, the withdrawal will be in the base currency of your Wallet. E.g. If your Wallet is in USD, then your withdrawal will be processed in USD.

How to deposit
Funding your Tickmill account is straightforward and typically processes instantly. Follow these steps to make your first deposit:

Navigate to deposit
Log into your Client Area and select "Deposit" from the wallet panel or main navigation tab -
Choose your wallet
Select the wallet you want to fund (this will be pre-selected if you clicked deposit from the wallet screen). -
Select Payment Method
Choose from bank wire, credit/debit card, Crypto Payments, Skrill, Neteller, or UnionPay. -
Enter amount and submit
Specify your deposit amount (minimum 100 USD for all account types) and complete the transaction through your chosen payment provider. -
Confirm receipt
Your deposited funds will appear in your wallet immediately or within one working day. Check Transaction History for details.
Important security notes
- All deposits must come from payment methods in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
- For fraud prevention, we may request card documentation if you deposit via credit/debit card (we will contact you if needed).
- Additional verification or source of funds documentation may be required in accordance with AML/CFT regulations.
- Tickmill will NEVER ask for sensitive details like your full card number, CVV code, or PIN. If you receive a suspicious request, contact our support team immediately.
- Card details are entered correctly
- Card is valid and not expired
- Sufficient funds are available
- Your bank authorizes online trading transactions
How to Withdraw
Tickmill processes withdrawals back to the payment method you originally used for depositing. This policy protects both you and us from fraud while ensuring funds return through verified channels.
Withdrawal rules by payment method
Credit/Debit cards: Withdrawals equal to your total card deposits return to the same card. Any amount above your deposited total goes to your preferred alternative method.
Example: You deposit $100 by card and earn $1,000 profit. When you withdraw $1,000, you receive $100 back to your card and the remaining $900 via your chosen method (bank wire, e-wallet, etc.).
Multiple payment methods: If you funded your account using both a card and another method, withdrawals process to your card first (up to the card deposit amount), then to the other method.
Example: You deposit $400 via Skrill and $100 by card. When you withdraw $300, you receive $100 to your card and $200 to your Skrill account.
Withdrawal process
- Select Withdraw from the panel beside your chosen wallet, or use the Withdrawal tab in navigation
- Choose your wallet (auto-selected if you clicked from the Wallets screen)
- Select payment method for receiving your funds
- Enter amount and submit your request
- Track your transaction in the Transactions History tab once processed
Most withdrawals process within 1 working day. Bank wire transfers may take 1-3 working days depending on your bank.
Fees and currency conversion
Tickmill charges zero withdrawal fees. However, intermediary banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.
We process payments in only in EUR, GBP, ZAR and USD. If you withdraw in a different currency, your bank or e-wallet will convert it automatically and may charge a conversion fee.
